Terms & Policies

In order to qualify for a ZoomText Enhanced Support Plan (ESP):

• The ZoomText product must be registered with Ai Squared.
• If the ESP is being purchased for a site or district license, the owner must purchase ESP coverage for the total number of users in the license.
• If you own a Magnifier product and an ESP, and you upgrade to a Magnifier/Reader product, you must also upgrade to a Magnifier/Reader ESP.

The ZoomText Enhanced Support Plan is available to U.S. and Canadian customers only. Customers outside the U.S. and Canada may purchase a ZoomText Software Maintenance Agreement (SMA).
